Rania Ben Saad successfully defended her PhD thesis entitled : "Etude fonctionnelle de la tolérance aux stress abiotiques chez le tabac et le blé du gène AlSAP isolé à partir d'Aeluropus littoralis"  (Functional study of abiotic stress tolerance in tobacco and wheat harbouring the AlSAP gene from Aeluropus littoralis") at the University of Sfax (Tunisia) on the 29th August 2011.
